Many of us living in Toronto are unaware that we have a masterpeice of Architecture from Santiago Calatrava, located at the BCE place. It used to be my first favourite hang out spot when I first arrived in ' 91.

Santiago Calatrava Valls (born July 28, 1951) is an internationally recognized and award-winning Valencian Spanish architect, sculptor and structural engineer whose principal office is in Zurich, Switzerland. Classed now among the elite designers of the world, he has offices in Zurich, Paris, New York and elsewhere around the world.
