| | ABOUT ME | | Alain came to the world of Real Estate well prepared with a Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture, from the University of Buenos Aires, where he later taught design and morphology.
He practiced Architecture for four years in Paris with AREA, where he was responsible for several social housing projects from tendering to completion. Since immigrating to Canada he gathered over twenty years of marketing, sales and management experience. Specialized in Real Estate, 3D Architectural visualizations and product launches.
He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Alain is a member and sponsor of the Toronto French Association Toronto Accueil, has been on the board of administrators of the Lycée Français de Toronto and currently sits on the executive council of Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute, LPCI.
Alain has also been responsible for several executive relocations for companies such as: Nike, Royal Canin and Sanofi-Pasteur.
Giving back to the community is an essential component of his core values. In 2007 as part of an ambitious project to support the Shelter Foundation, which runs women shelters across Canada, he donated a tulip garden to Allenby Public School. Consequently, one bulb per student and staff (700) were planted in the front yard, which will be enjoyed for the years to come.
Alain was awarded with President’s Gold distinction, an award based on sales performance, which places him inside the top 7% of Royal LePage agents.
